2011 State Fair

What a successful event!  Thanks to our volunteers & the TreeCircus, we took 1400 people up in the “Tree Climbing Experience” ropes, spent 133 hours in the Ask the Arborist booth, hung 3200 leaves colored by children in our indoor urban forest, painted trees on 200 faces, and performed the “What Do Trees Give Us” show 64 times, during which there were a quarter of a million belly laughs!  Thank you to our partnering organizations: the US Forest Service, California ReLeaf, Sacramento Tree Foundation, and West Coast Arborists, Inc, who created the stunning display utilizing reclaimed urban wood!
