The Britton Fund delivers the funding necessary for science-based research, educational opportunities, and scholarship awards to benefit professionals working in the field of arboriculture and urban forestry with emphasis on issues important to the geographic area of California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii.
We are able to do this because of your support!

In Memory of Judith Hope Blau
During this past spring, we are saddened to learn of the passing of Judith Hope Blau, beloved children’s author, illustrator, and the creator of The Treetures®—a whimsical and heartfelt series that taught generations of children about the vital role trees play in keeping our Earth healthy. Her legacy lives on in every young reader inspired to care for the natural world. In her memory, we invite you to consider a tribute gift to The Britton Fund, supporting research, education, and youth programming—including initiatives that nurture the next generation of scientists who, like Judith, are passionate about trees and the environment.
