Resilient Urban Forest
Rohnert Park on August 21, 2025
Thanks for joining us in Rohnert Park on August 21, 2025 for a day rooted in applied science, practical solutions, and the power of collaboration. This special program benefited The Britton Fund, supporting research and education to advance tree care across the West. Our lineup featured leading voices in arboriculture who shared the latest insights on soil health, species selection, legal considerations, and innovative tools—including those developed through Britton Fund research. From rhizospheres to canopy cover, each session was designed to equip professionals with the knowledge to build healthier, more resilient urban forests for the future. It was a terrific day!

Botany for Arborists 2024
Thank you for a great day of education!
The day was filled with insightful presentations from many of the contributors of The Britton Fund’s latest publication, Botany for Arborists. We explored topics such as taxonomy, water relations, roots, pruning, and more. It was a full day and terrific opportunity to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of botany for arborists. This education day was hosted by WCISA and proceeds from the meeting were contributed directly back into research and education through The Britton Fund. CEUs were awarded.
