Advancing Our Mission Through Strategic Planning

The Britton Fund is committed to continuously strengthening its impact on the arboriculture industry. As part of this commitment, our Board of Directors engaged in a comprehensive strategic planning process to identify key priorities that will guide the organization’s future growth and sustainability.

During an intensive two-day planning session, Board Members explored opportunities for impactful advancement while ensuring alignment with our mission. Through a series of carefully designed exercises, they examined industry priorities, assessed current initiatives, and defined a path forward. This collaborative effort resulted in the identification of five key strategic goals: EDUCATION, FUNDRAISING, RESEARCH, OUTREACH, and GOVERNANCE. Each goal was further developed with clear objectives and operational considerations to ensure meaningful progress.
